Inspecting the internal features of your complex molded parts is essential for total part quality control. The patented CGI (Capture Geometry Internally) inspection system does just that.
Let CGI provide inspection services for your single or multi cavity injection-molded or die-cast parts. We can perform a complete first article inspection of your part and generate a full inspection report (in PPAPS format). Color maps (overlaying a CAD file with a Point Cloud) can also be provided. Spec.Check's template feature greatly reduces the amount of time needed to inspect multiple cavities of the same part.
We specialize in inspecting the plastic and soft-metal parts that other inspection systems cannot inspect; small parts with complex internal geometry. Our Automated Cross-Sectional Scanning System (ACSS) and Spec.Check software measures your parts and delivers the results in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
